BELGIUM-FRANCE-MOROCCO-CHILDREN-CRIME-TRIAL
Lawyer Karim Itani and Lawyer Xavier Magnee (R), representing Moroccan born Mohamed Jratlou, the father of Younes Jratlou, shake hands before the beginning of the assize trial on June 1, 2012 in Mons. Mohamed Jratlou is accused of the murder of his son Younes (4) in October 2009. Jratlou called the police to say his boy was missing, but the body of the kid was found in the Lys, fifteen days later.
