PARAGUAY-POLITICS-LUGO
Former Paraguayan President Fernando Lugo is pictured at the headquarters of the Solidarity Country party in Asuncion, where he arrived in the early morning on June 27, 2012 to hold meetings with his former cabinet and leftist leaders. Lugo announced on June 26, he will finally not attend a Mercosur summit in Argentina Thursday and Friday in which South American leaders are to analize his speedy impeachment and ouster last week. Lugo has accused lawmakers of carrying out a "parliamentary coup d'etat" to force him from power, as international protests mounted over his abrupt removal. Paraguay's new president Federico Franco, was barred from participating in the summit, deepening the country's isolation over the ouster of his predecessor. AFP PHOTO/Norberto DUARTE
