(FILES) A file picture taken on November 5, 2003 shows French gallery owner Denise Rene, whose real name is Denise Bleibtreu, posing in her gallery in Paris in front of a painting by Jesus-Rafael Soto, "Trame et couleur" (1997). Denise Rene, who had revealed Hungarian-born French painter Victor Vasarely after World War II and had supported kinetism and pioneering abstractionists, died aged 99, on July 8, 2012, according to relatives.
