(FILES) In a file picture taken on August 14, 1962, French and Italian workers celebrate the piercing of the Mont-Blanc tunnel. The Mont-Blanc tunnel which was inaugurated on 1965, is the busiest road between France and Italy. Begun in 1957 and completed in 1965, the Mont Blanc Tunnel is 11,611 metres (7.215 mi) long and consists of a single gallery with a two-lane dual direction road. AFP PHOTO
