MOZAMBIQUE-SADC-SUMMIT
Democratic Republic of Congo President Joseph Kabila (L) and Malawian President Joyce Banda atend on August 18, 2012 the closing ceremony of the 32nd Southern African Development Community (SADC) summit at the Joaquim Chissano Conference Centrer in Maputo. Heads of state met on August 17 and 18 in Maputo for a summit that tried to nudge Madagascar and Zimbabwe toward new elections under "roadmaps" that are a test of the region's commitment to democracy.
