US actress and UNHCR special envoy Angelina Jolie arrives for a visit to the Zaatari refugee camp near the Jordanian border with Syria, on September 11, 2012. The number of refugees who have fled Syria has reached more than 250,000, the United Nations said , calling the humanitarian problems sparked by the conflict "our biggest crisis".
