(FILES) A file picture taken on July 22, 2006 shows people drinking water from a fountain along the Seine river in Paris, during the "Paris Plage" (Paris Beach) yearly event. Water running from public fountains in Paris is as drinkable as tap water but still very little consumed, underlined the operator "Eau de Paris" on September 13, 2012.
