The New York City Board of Health voted Friday to enact Bloomberg's proposal to limit the size of sugary beverages sold in restaurants to 16 ounces. Meanwhile, the new Barclay's Center, home of the Brooklyn Nets, decided to voluntarily adopt the city's new drink size rule, six months before the requirement goes into effect .
