This photo taken on August 31, 2012 shows a Chinese fisherman (R) placing yellow fin tuna on scales in front of inspectors as they off-load their catch on board the Han Nan Yu 722 in Avarua on Rarotonga island. An ambitious plan to link marine parks across a vast swathe of ocean -- whose surface area would equal that of the Moon -- is slowly coming together piece by piece, say conservationists.
