Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy attends a roundtable meeting at the Verdala Palace in Valletta on October 5, 2012 as part of the " 5+5 Dialogue" summit in Malta. The leaders from France, Italy, Malta, Portugal and Spain with those from Algeria, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco and Tunisia take place in an unprecedented summit, aimed at strengthening cross-mediterranean ties in the wake of the Arab Spring uprisings.
