The body of Sri Lankan prisoner Mohomad Wijerohana, an inmate killed during a prison riot, lies in rest in Colombo on November 12, 2012. Sri Lanka's military on defended its soldiers who killed 27 prisoners during a riot in the country's top prison last week, saying inmates had been heavily armed and posed a danger to the public. Sri Lanka's main opposition party has accused security forces of carrying out a massacre after the deaths in maximum security Welikada jail in the capital Colombo following a riot.
