CAMBODIA-ASEAN-SUMMIT
Chinese Commerce Minister Chen Deming (L) signs agreement with Cambodian deputy Prime Minister and finance minister Keat Chhon (R) as Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao (CL) and Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen (CR) preside over a signing ceremony at the Peace Palace in Phnom Penh on November 18, 2012, ahead of the East Asia Summit in the Cambodian capital where the 10 leaders of the Association of Southeast Asian (ASEAN) are gathered for the 21st ASEAN Summit. Southeast Asian nations urged China on November 18 quickly to begin top-level talks over tense sea territorial disputes, as they tried to present a united front in tackling their giant neighbour.
