FRANCE-CHAD-CHARITY-TRIAL
A court sketch made on December 3, 2012 at Paris court house shows members of former French charity Arche De Zoe (Zoe's Ark) (LLoR) journalist Marie-Agnes Peleran logistics operators Alain Peligat (2ndL), doctor Philippe van Winkelberg (C) and Christophe Letien held to have been the "de facto treasurer" of the organisation by the prosecution, on the opening day of the trial of six Arche de Zoé members,accused of illegal involvement in adoption procedures, attempting to help minors enter France illegally and fraud. This week’s trial concerns charges made in France as Chadian President Idriss Déby pardoned them leading to their release in France.
