BELGIUM-EU-JUSTICE
Cypriot minister of Justice Loukas Louka (L) and Maltese countrepart Chris Said talk prior a Justice and Home Affairs Council on December 7, 2012 at the EU Headquarters in Brussels. Justice ministers will be called on to agree a general approach on three legislative proposals as a directive establishing minimum rules for criminal sanctions for the most serious market abuse offences, namely insider dealing and market manipulation ("market abuse directive"), a directive on the freezing and confiscation of proceeds of crime in the EU.
