(FILES) Int his photo taken on June 22, 1999 shows Father Augustin Diamacoune, chief of the separatist Casamance Movement of Democratic Forces (MFDC) in Banjul, Gambia. The rebellion by independentists, which started on December 26, 1982, has been raging in Casamance for thirty years despite several peace agreements.
