KENYA-ENVIRONMENT-WILDLIFE-GOODALL
British primatologist Dr Jane Goodall delivers a speech during a presentation at the National Museum on January 26, 2013 in Nairobi. The Great Apes Survival Partnership [GRASP] ambassador Dr. Goodall gave a presentation on "Reason for Hope" regarding endangered species, particularly chimpanzees. The Jane Goodall Institute works to protect the famous chimpanzees of Gombe National Park in Tanzania, but recognizes this can’t be accomplished without a comprehensive approach that addresses the needs of local people who are critical to chimpanzee survival.
