Netherland's Prime Minister Mark Rutte speaks at a press conference on January 29, 2013 in The Hague after a cabinet meeting following the announcement of Dutch Queen Beatrix's announcement that she will abdicate on April 30. Rutte stated that it is the wish of the Queen to keep the ceremony moderate and sober.
