The leader of clandestine gambling activities organizations in Brazil Carlos Augusto Ramos (L), known as Charlie Waterfall, arrives at the Federal Police building, 01 March 2004, in Brasilia, Brazil. Ramos must testify about his involvement with the scandal of bribes originated from illegal gambling activities for the electoral campaigns of Rio and Brasilia governors respectively.
