In this photo taken on February 28, 2013 shows workers inspecting one of the gas wells amongst rubbish on top of a landfill in Payatas village, Quezon City suburban Manila. Decomposing rubbish produces methane, which is one of the greenhouse gases that scientists blame for global warming, and turning it into electricity saves it from rising up into the atmosphere, and as part of a United Nations' programme aimed at tackling climate change.
