Indonesian Christian devotees re-enact the crucifixion of Jesus Christ during the Good Friday mass at the Jakarta Cathedral located across Indonesia's national Istiqlal mosque on March 29, 2013 as minority Christians mark Easter amid the rising cases religious intolerance. Local officials in nearby Bekasi ordered congregation to halt service leaving Christian devotees with nowhere to pray this Easter while on March 21, 2013 authorities demolished a church due to lack of permit. Indonesia's 240 million people identify themselves as Muslim but the constitution guarantees freedom of religion.
