A man passes in front of the Pyramid of Cestius (Piramide Cestia) covered with scaffolding in Rome on April 3, 2013. A Japanese businessman, Yuzo Yagi, is investing about one million euros (1.3 million US dollars) to restore the 2,000-year-old Roman pyramid, built between 18 and 12 BC as a tomb for a wealthy Roman, Gaius Cestius, covered with Carrara marble. The 23-square-metre frescoed burial chamber at the heart of the pyramid was sealed when it was built but was raided in the Middle Ages. AFP PHOTO / ALBERTO PIZZOLI
