BELGIUM-ESA-WEATHER
The director-general of the Royal Observatory of Belgium, Ronald Van Der Linden, attends on April 3, 2013 the inauguration the European Space Agency's (ESA) Space Weather Coordination Center (SSCC) in Brussels. The SSCC is to provides crucial data on solar flares and other dramatic outer space events that may threaten Earth's communications and navigation satellites, power grids and even planes.
