Luc Savelkoul, lawyer of Rachelle Vanderhoven, mother of Eefje lambrecks, one of the victims of convicted child rapist Marc Dutroux,arrives at the Arlon court, 03 March 2004. On the third day of the trial, Dutroux claimed two policemen took part in the kidnapping of Eefje Lambercks and An Marchal who were tortured, killed and then buried in the garden of one of his properties.
