CENTRAFRICA-UNREST-POLITICS
TO GO WITH AFP STORY BY PATRICK FORT
Seleka rebel colonel Ali Garba (L) watches on April 7, 2013 a villager unwrap an axe hidden in a cloth to make it look like a firearm that was held by a man (R) pretending to be a coalition rebel in Gondila, 65 kms north of Bangui. The alleged rebel holds in his hand an axe covered with a red cloth to make it look like a firearm. Seleka coalition leaders, who took power a month ago, are vowing to end looting, but achieving is a difficult task as in the countryside and in the capital Bangui, many looters are disguised as rebels and real rebels continue looting.
