The former hostage Jean-Louis Normandin, held in Lebanon in 1986 and 1987, expressed his "joy" after the release of French Moulin-Fournier family abducted by an Islamist group while holidaying in Cameroon, but also his "anger" against governments who ignore the necessity of bring to justice the kidnappers.
