Spanish Crown Prince Felipe (R) walks next to Endesa's president Borja Prado (R) and Spain's Minister for Industry, Energy and Tourism Jose Manuel Soria after inaugurating the project "Zem2All" at the Automobile museum in Malaga on April 25, 2013. Zem2All is a pilot project, carried out alongside the Japanese government, designed to estimate usage by drivers of electric vehicles in Malaga and provide an in-depth study of the impact of these vehicles.
