This undated handout picture release by French army press services (SIRPA) on April 30, 2013 shows French army special forces soldier, Caporal Stephane Duval, who was killed on April 29, 2013 in the far north of Mali. The French defence ministry said the 32-year-old paratrooper was killed between Zaouaten and Boughessa near the border with Algeria. Two more soldiers were seriously injured in the same attack, according to the ministry. He was the sixth soldier killed in the west African country since France launched a military intervention in January to quash Al-Qaeda-linked groups that had taken control of the north.
