GERMANY-FARRIGHT-TRIAL-TURKEY
Co-defendant Ralf Wohlleben, member of German farright party NPD, is brought in an armored vehicle (2dL) for the opening of the socalled NSU trial at a regional court in Munich, southern Germany, on May 6, 2013. Beate Zschaepe who is charged with complicity in the murders of eight ethnic Turks, a Greek immigrant and a German policewoman between 2000 and 2007 as a founding member and sole survivor of the far-right gang dubbed the National Socialist Underground (NSU), and four alleged supporters of NSU face the court in Germany's biggest anti-terrorism case since members of the left-wing Red Army Faction were in the dock in the 1970s, and expected to last well into 2014.
