A woman working at the painting atelier for costumes at the "Art for Art" costume workshop, shows a shirt with before (left part) and after (right part) painting to simulate a blood stain on a play, on costumes used notably for the Vienna State Opera and various international operas and theatres, in Vienna on April 11, 2013. In a few bright rooms near the Vienna Opera, an army of workers wield needle and thread, transform black felt almost magically into golden armour, and gleefully create blood splatter on fresh white shirts.
