Paul Baker, architect and director of Wilkinson Eyre looks over the building site where tycoon James Packer proposed billion-dollar casino for Asian high-rollers will be situated after Packer picked the British firm to design it, in Sydney on May 16, 2013. The Australian mogul wants his 60-storey building to rival the Sydney Opera House in the iconic structure stakes and to make it happen selected Wilkinson Eyre Architects ahead of two American firms also on the shortlist.
