(FILES) This 1971 file photo shows Argentine General Jorge Rafael Videla (R) and Admiral Emilio Eduardo Massera leaders of the military dictatorship that ruled Argentina (1976-1983). Videla and Massera were sentenced in 1985 to life imprisonment for multiples cases of murder, kidnapping, torture and robbery. Videla, 80 years old, is serving his sentence at home due to his age, and Massera is paralyzed after suffering a stroke. Jorge Rafael Videla passed away in Argentina on May 17, 2013 at the age of 87.
