Materials for the production of costumes lay in boxes at the "Art for Art" costume workshop, producing costumes notably for the Vienna State Opera and various international operas and theatres, in Vienna on April 11, 2013. In a few bright rooms near the Vienna Opera, an army of workers wield needle and thread, transform black felt almost magically into golden armour, and gleefully create blood splatter on fresh white shirts.
