BELGIUM-ROYALS-BRITAIN
King Albert II of Belgium lays a wreath during a visit of the Royal couple to Ostend on May 24, 2013. The King and Queen attend the inauguration of the 'Vindictive' monument and will visit the festival 'Oostende voor Anker'. The 'Vindictive' was a 19th century British warship, sunk in Ostend during WWI , of which the bow section is preserved as a memorial. AFP PHOTO/ KURT DESPLENTER
