NETHERLANDS-ICTY-BOSNIA-CROATS-PRLIC
Former Bosnian Croat leader Jadranko Prlic (C) and one of five co-accused Valentin Coric (L) enter the courtroom May 29, 2013 before their sentencing at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) in The Hague. Prosecutors have asked for sentences of up to 40 years for the defendants. Prlic has been standing trial before the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) on 26 counts of war crimes and crimes against humanity with his former defense minister Bruno Stojic, 55, and four senior military officials -- Slobodan Praljak, 66, Milivoj Petkovic, 61, Coric and Berislav Pusic, 53 -- since April 2006.
