Israel's Ambassador to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Ehud Azoulay attends the Board of Governors meeting at the UN atomic agency headquarters in Vienna on June 5, 2013. The US, China, Russia, France, Britain and Germany also said they were "deeply concerned" by Iran's continued expansion of its nuclear programme despite UN Security Council resolutions calling for a suspension.
