GERMANY-SCEINCE-MUSIC-XRAY
A cellist plays in the newly built tunnel of the X-ray laser XFEL (X-Ray Free-Electron Laser) in Schenefeld, northern Germany, on June 6, 2013. The civil engineering works on the X-ray laser XFEL are finished. The European XFEL is a research facility currently under construction in Schenefeld expected to be operational by 2015 when it will generate extremely intense X-ray flashes to be used by researchers from all over the world.
