This picture taken on June 5, 2013 shows Tran Chi Cong, 38, working on an old Russian-made Soviet-era motorbike and side-car, repainted in red, at his private garage in the suburds of Hanoi. Cong has 20 years experience in the business and specialises in fixing and refurbishing Russian side-cars. The motorbikes and side-cars, which were once used by Vietnamese police and the military, are refurbished and sold to fans and collectors of vintage bikes for around 5,000 USD each.
