(FILES) A file picture taken on October 18, 2011 shows the reactor hall of the decommissioned Brennilis nuclear power plant in the Monts d'Arree in western France. The French Authority for Nuclear Safety ((ASN) estimated on June 25, 2013 that the partial dismantling of the nuclear plant, which was stopped in 1985, would take another five years, refusing to put a time frame on the total dismantling of the site. The nuclear plant is the first to be decommissioned in France.
