JAPAN-FRANCE-NUCLEAR-DISASTER
A cask of container of MOX fuel, a blend of plutonium and uranium, is unloaded from a vessel at Kansai Electric Power Co's (KEPCO) Takahama nuclear power plant in Fukui prefecture on June 27, 2013.
