(FILES) - A picture taken on December 30, 2010 shows veteran French athlete Alain Mimoun posing during his daily training session two days ahead of his 90th birthday in Champigny-sur-Marne, outside Paris. Most medaled French athlete, Mimoun has during his career captured 32 French champion titles, middle distance, long distance, cross and marathon between 1947 and 1966. He won four Olympics medals : gold, marathon 1956, silver, 5,000 m in 1952, 10,000 in 1948 and 1952 and was world cross champion in 1949, 52, 54 and 56. Mimoun died on June 27 at the age of 92, the French Federation of Athletism (FFA) said on June 28, 2013. AFP PHOTO / BERTRAND LANGLOIS
