A couple cool off in a fountain in Sevilla, on July 7, 2013. Spain's State Meteorological Agency has issued orange heat alert for 11 Spanish provinces today, including Cordoba and Sevilla, with temperature expected to reach between 36 and 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit), according to the agency's website.
