KENYA-ACCIDENT-BIODIESEL
Locals rush to siphon off biodiesel from an overturned tanker near Nairobi in Machakos County on July 17, 2013. The truck was carrying biodiesel fuel that is made by reacting vegetable oil with common chemicals. Bio diesel is not easily flammable but regular oil tanker fire disasters take place in Kenya claiming the lives of many opportunists and also leaving many seriously injured. AFP PHOTO/STRINGER
