TO GO WITH AFP STORY BY BENJAMIN MASSOT
(FILES) A picture taken on May 15, 2006 in Bobigny's townhall, an eastern Paris suburb, shows Abdel Sadi, Bobigny's deputy Mayor, posing in the wedding hall designed by French artist Herve di Rosa in 2006. The communist municipality which runs the town since 1920, gave "carte blanche" (free rein) to the artist, which transformed the drab room in a half-circle in an unlikely delirium kitsch, while ensuring respect republican symbols (center, a statue of French Republic Marianne' symbol).
