GERMANY-CRIME-HOSTAGE
Rescue workers escort a women off a scene of a hostage taking in the townhall in Ingolstadt, southern Germany, on August 19, 2013. A man claiming to be armed took several hostages in the town hall. According to local media, the hostage taker was thought to be a 23-year-old escapee from a nearby psychiatric ward, armed with a handgun, who had been stalking a female town hall employee, 25.
