Indian medical staff use a trolley to move the body of a worker into the mortuary of the KG Hospital in Visakhapatnam on August 23, 2013, after his death in an industrial accident at the Hindustan Petroleum Corp refinery in the coastal city. A massive fire broke out at a petroleum refinery in southern India, killing four workers and leaving dozens injured, police said. Another 11 people were feared trapped at the Hindustan Petroleum Corp refinery in Visakhapatnam, a port city some 503 kilometres (313 miles) from Andhra Pradesh state capital Hyderabad, officials added.
