GREECE-SPINALONGA
Open sea swimmers, including Greek champion Spyros Gianniotis, participate in a swimming race to the island of Spinalonga and back to the Elounda bay on the island of Crete on August 24, 2013, to promote oceanside tourism in the region and to support Spinalonga as a UNESCO world cultural heritage site.
