United Nations Deputy High Commissioner for Human Rights Flavia Pansieri gives a press conference on August 28, 2013 at the headquarters of the UN Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo (MONUSCO) with MONUSCO spokeperson Madnodje Mounoubai (L) and MONUSCO police chief Abdoullah Wafy in Kinshasa. UN attack helicopters joined Congolese government troops in an operation on August 28 against rebels in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo, the UN peacekeeping force said.
