(FILES) - A picture dated April 17, 2013 shows British television presenter David Frost leaving after attending the ceremonial funeral of British former prime minister Margaret Thatcher at St Paul's Cathedral in central London. British broadcasting great David Frost has died of a heart attack aged 74, his family said in a statement on September 1, 2013.
