FILES - Mariana Callejas (L), former agent of Augusto Pinochet's regime (1973-1990), is escorted on September 01, 2003, in Santiago by personnel of the Chilean Gendarmerie after a trial for the assassination of former head of the Chilean Army Gen. Carlos Prats, in 1974. Prats went into exile in Argentina after Pinochet's coup d'etat, where he and his wife were killed a year later by a bomb hidden under their car in Buenos Aires, on September 30, 1974.
