JAPAN-JUSTICE-EXECUTION
Japanese Justice Minister Sadakazu Tanigaki announces the execution of Tokuhisa Kumagai, who was convicted of shooting in the head and robbed the owner of a Chinese restaurant in May 2004, at a press conference at his office in Tokyo on September 12, 2013.
